Exceed Foundation

Exceed Foundation, established in May 2005, is dedicated to social and community development, with M/S Exceed (Pvt.) Ltd. as its primary donor. It is a policy of Exceed to allocate a significant portion of its revenues to support projects that promote employment among disadvantaged communities and enhance quality of life.

While the Exceed Foundation administers social and community development efforts, Exceed (Pvt.) Ltd. provides both employee support and financial backing to facilitate social integration through work, strengthen community ties, and respond to emergencies in suburban areas. We also contribute to local development projects on their own initiative. Consistent with our business activities, Exceed invests in planting new trees, improving community infrastructure, reinforcing residential buildings for those who cannot afford it, and conserving or restoring heritage assets.

Healthcare

Making high-quality healthcare accessible is an ongoing challenge. Since its inception, the Exceed Foundation has initiated several activities to benefit economically disadvantaged rural and urban communities. These include donating high-tech medical equipment, organizing health camps, and distributing medicines to those in need in remote areas.

The Exceed Foundation is establishing a super-specialty hospital on 25 acres of prime land donated by the CEO of Exceed (Pvt.) Ltd., Sardar Hayaat Muhammed Khan Mandokhel, in Loralai, Balochistan. This state-of-the-art facility will serve underprivileged patients in tribal areas who otherwise must travel hundreds of kilometers to Sindh or Punjab for basic healthcare.

The Foundation also supports elderly and impoverished patients suffering from serious conditions such as cancer, leprosy, heart and kidney defects, mental illnesses, and other major disorders by helping them meet substantial medical expenses and ensuring a steady income for their treatment.

Learning and Education

In a world where education is a key differentiator, the Exceed Foundation provides opportunities to deprived and rural students. It distributes scholarships to students in need and donates toward reconstructing old school buildings. Additionally, it contributes to building new classrooms, providing school furniture, equipment, and supporting school funds, particularly in underserved areas.

The Foundation collaborates with various organizations to facilitate the education of slum children and works with environmental protection groups to train at least 1,500 teachers in science and environmental education, developing training materials to promote environmental safety and awareness among future generations.

Furthermore, the Foundation funds new self-employment courses at post-graduation and post-matriculation levels for deserving students, empowering them with skills for sustainable livelihoods.

Arts, Culture & Heritage

The Exceed Foundation is committed to preserving Pakistan’s rich heritage and supporting its artisans. It has helped revive the art of weavers in Zhob District, Balochistan, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The Foundation organizes cultural programs to promote rural artists, traces and honors artists from various regions, and provides financial assistance to help them continue their craft.

The scope of the Foundation’s activities includes identifying underprivileged artists—writers, painters, poets, and musicians—who lack access to resources or recognition. It offers financial support, promotes their work, and helps them gain well-deserved recognition on a need-based basis.

Rural Development and Social Rehabilitation

The Exceed Foundation has been actively involved in relief efforts following natural disasters, providing not only monetary contributions but also assessing the real needs of affected communities to deliver targeted support. It has worked in flood-affected areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan, as well as earthquake-affected regions of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK).
