Scope of Works:
The PTCL OFAN project of about 180 KM underground Fiber Optic Network in the twin Cities Islamabad and Rawalpindi was awarded to M/S Exceed (Pvt.) Ltd. The project was on turn key basis including civil, electrical and mechanical works, as well as site acquisition, right of way and layout.
The network based on the next 50 years requirements of voice, video, data and other future network needs is fully functional now and serving hundreds of thousands of clients.

This Project: “Mandokhel Abaad Housing Project”, spread over 107,400 Sq ft of area consists of Seven Blocks i.e. Residential blocks A, B, C, Annexe, Commercial/Office Area, Servant Quarters and Car Parking Area with total Covered area of 51259.0’-0” Sq: fts a road and related infrastructure.
All these are Victorian Style RCC Type Frame Structure buildings with latest fittings and fixtures. The total flooring of these structures is marble flooring except Bathrooms which are fitted with the best Persian hand made tiles. The Project has its own Water Supply & Sewerage System & is secured with RCC Boundary Wall of 16’-0 high.

Scope of Works:
M/S Exceed (Pvt.) Ltd. constructed the Saidpur Dam between the foothills of the Margalla Hills Islamabad. The Saidpur Dam was a part of the project “Development of Saidpur Model Village, Islamabad”. This Dam is a 289-m long and 6-m high stone masonry and concrete structure.
For this project, Exceed provided environmental impact studies, investigation, stability study, safety assessment, spilling capacity evaluation, management plan evaluation as well as maintenance and follow-up program evaluation. This dam has a storage capacity of 78000 cum of water. |

Scope of Works:
The scope of project is the construction of a Mini-dam having a minimum of 65000.00 m3 of water storage capacity. The height of the mini-dam ranges from
10-35 ft. It is a combination of earthen embankments and stone masonry
structures that are designed to intercept runoff and pond water. The stored water will be used for multiple purposes such as domestic uses, livestock watering and
recharging groundwater for extraction in nearby wells. Additional works such as pumps
and a piped distribution networks are also to be constructed and included in the scope of project. |

For the Saidpur Model Village Project in Islamabad, EXCEED (PVT.) LTD. carried out environmental studies related to the feasibility of the project, which includes a dam and a powerhouse with an installed capacity of 9 MW. Several alternatives have been analyzed to compare the environmental and socio-economical impacts. |

Development of Housing Project at Super Highway, Jamshoro. |
EXCEED (PVT.) LTD. carried out environmental studies for a pre-feasibility study related to the development of “Housing Sector” along the Super Highway, Jamshoro, Sind over an area of
82 Acres. The project includes all utilities like provision of water, sewerage and electric supply, roads, a service area, water filtration and sewage treatment plant. |

Chromite Mining Project in Muslim Bagh, Balochistan |
For the project of establishment of Chromite mine in the Muslim Bagh Area of Balochistan, EXCEED (PVT.) LTD. carried out an environmental impact assessment study. The mine is an open Chromite deposit site. The project also consisted of a 5.0-km long access road,
a 17-km long transmission line and a mining waste disposal site of a volume of 3.0 million m³. |
