Scope of Works:
This project is a 16 story High Rise, Residential cum Commercial, Eco-friendly/ Green building with total covered area of 67, 386 Sq ft (Sixty seven thousand three hundred and eighty six square feet) on Plot No. SB -27, Main 200 ft Double Road, Near Kamran Chorangi, Block -11, Gulistane - Jauhar, Karachi.
The project comprises of Civil Works (including Piling), Electrical & Mechanical Works, Plumbing, HVAC, Elevators, Furnishing, Security Systems etc along with all the modern amenities.
The building has two level basements for car parking and a commercial ground floor as business area and the third floor as a service area with sport facilities like swimming pool, a modern gym, prayer area, cafe etc. All the units of the building are East & West Open and full concentration is given to use the environment friendly construction materials and maximum daylight utilization is a key focus.

for a pre-feasibility study related to the development of this project and its impact on
