For the efficient and transparent governance of company operations, our Board of Directors has established a number of policy documents which include Board's Procedural Rules, communications policy, financial policy, risk management policy, Environment Policy, the Code of Conduct etc. and these are provided to all business units of Exceed and are updated regularly to reflect changes in operations and new requirements.
The implementation of these policy/governing documents is regularly monitored.
