From our pioneering work on our first project i.e. Turnkey ISP & OSP Services project for M/S Open World Communications (Pvt.) Ltd. In the year 2004 to our present work on the world famous state of the art complex project Saidpur Model Village Islamabad, M/S Exceed (Pvt.) Ltd. has been symbol of engineering excellence. I have worked at NLC, FWO, Fauji Foundation and with Saudi Government and supervised several mega projects. Since last five years I am managing M/S Exceed (Pvt.) Ltd. in the capacity of COO.

Engineer Khalid Mehmood
Sector Manager (Vertical Resources) - Exceed(Pvt.)Ltd.

Eng. Khalid Mahmood is a highly qualified and motivated professional with over 25 years of national and international experience regarding on-field as well as off-field projects. Proven senior level experience in financial, personnel management as well executive and strategic decision making. He has a wide range of experience in planning, forecasting, budgeting and monitoring infrastructure projects of major and mega nature.
He also has great experience of efficiently executing/ supervising construction projects in the Hard to work areas of Pakistan including construction project in Mari Bughti area, Dodhak oilfield, Balochistan.

Momin Ali Shah
Associate of M/S Exceed(Pvt.)Ltd.

Mr. Momin Ali Shah as a “Project Manager” & “Project Director” has already successfully completed the Asian Development Bank assisted US $ 350.00 Million “Farm to Market Roads Project” of 5200 Kms of rural roads & 85 bridges on EPC basis. He holds the position of Chief Engineer. He will be responsible for the accomplishment of all the activities of the Project. He will liaise between the Pakistan Group and the all stake holders including Local Contractors and Consultants. Since inception of this Project up to the completion and handing over to the client Mr.Shah will be responsible for the monitoring and performance of the design activities and during construction execution while preparing for reporting to the USAID country office.

Engineer Liaquat Hussain
Sector Manager (Water and Sanitation) & Sr. Eng. Infrastructures - Exceed(Pvt.)Ltd.

Eng. Liaquat Hussain during his 32 years of Service in Capital Development Authority, Islamabad designed, supervised and implemented several water & sanitation projects worth more than Rs. 3700.00 Million for the new residential sectors i.e. G11, F-11, G-12, E-11 of the Capital City. He also supervised and Managed all the development & construction activities of infrastructures in these sectors related to Water Supply, Drainage System, Training of Nullah’s, Sanitary Sewerage System, Electric Supply Infrastructure, Roads, Bridges, Culverts, Retaining Walls Etc.
He also participated in the Water & Sanitation infrastructure design of “New Loralai City” an EPC Project executed by M/S Exceed(Pvt.) Ltd. with the anticipated cost of PKR. 21,000.00 (Twenty one thousand) Million.
